The GoFit Ultimate ProGym is the go anywhere, train anytime home gym that comes complete with its own personal trainer on DVD. Whether you are building size and strength, or increasing muscle definition, the key to the ProGym is the ability to add or subtract resistance. The ProGym contains two handles, three resistance tubes, two ankle straps, one door anchor, an exercise wall chart and a Core Performance workout on DVD led by Mark Verstegen at his world renowned Athletes’ Performance Institute. A nylon carry bag is included for storage or travel.
