I recently bought a couple of items from At Home Fitness in Scottsdale. Brian was the person who helped me and he was super awesome. He took the time to help me with understanding the differences between products and I ended up purchasing a Treadmill which has been working perfectly!I also ordered another item which was on backorder and Brian took the time to let me know when it came in and I was able to pick it up directly from the Phoenix Location (in Ahwatukee) right after they received it.I look forward to working with At Home Fitness again.
Wow! From the moment my husband and I walked in the door to At Home Fitness (Scottsdale location), we were treated extremely well by friendly and professional sales people. Brian listened to what we wanted, explained the different options and then let US decide what we thought would be best for us - there were no pressure tactics. As well, the two delivery guys (Joni and Chase) were friendly and clean, and did an amazing job assembling the equipment, placing it exactly where we wanted (with a few suggestions), and then cleaned and vacuumed the area (and no wall dings!). I really can’t say enough about how good our experience was, from start to finish, with At Home Fitness.
Joe, Joni, and Brandon did an amazing job delivering and installing our treadmill. It was really fast and they explained all the nuances of the machine. They were so nice and showed up exactly when they said they would.

My wife and I recently purchased a new treadmill and spin bike. Brian was our salesperson. I appreciated his lack of "hard sell" techniques". He did not try to talk us into purchasing something more than what we needed and wanted. No fuss experience. Installation and removal of our old equipment by Joni and Joe was easy. Friendly guys. We'll use them again for future equipment needs.

I had a great experience with At home fitness. The salesman was friendly, easy to work with and answered all my questions. Today the equipment was delivered…. The three gentleman that showed up - Joni, Chase and Adrian were wonderful. Not only were they right on time, they were also super friendly and polite. They went out of their way to make sure everything was set up correctly and exactly where we wanted it. They took the time to answer any questions I had…and walked thru all of the equipment. Great experience! Highly recommended!!!!!! A+++.
I purchased a Life Fitness treadmill from At Home Fitness and it was a great experience. The store is nicely laid out and you're able to test the equipment. The salesman, Brandon, who helped us was very knowledgeable in helping me select the best model for my needs and goals. The delivery was smooth and quick, and so far the machine itself is great. If you're in the market for a piece of large home gym equipment, like a treadmill, I highly recommend checking this place out.
It is so hard to find great service these days; but At Home Fitness scored big! My home gym is five years old and needed new cables and a quick servicing. John made getting the appointment painless and provided all new cables under warranty! The tech (Chance), was so professional I was blown away. I just purchased a home gym system from At Home Fitness and the prices were awesome during their Memorial Day sale. The delivery and install was a great experience and they were done within an hour. Joni and Brandon put together our new rig and they explained how it all worked and reminded me of the features and movements. All in all I will definitely be back for more equipment from At Home Fitness!

We purchased a Multifunctional trainer system from At Home Fitness, it started with Mike who took his time discussing all options, and providing us the pros and cons. He was fantastic to talk with and made me and my wife very comfortable with our decision to purchase our workout equipment. Joni and Brandon showed up early AM to install in my garage. Both were super friendly and helped us ensure we had the best location in our garage. They were both knowledgeable and clean in their set up. Thank you all for the best customer service. We used Gilbert location to buy a upright bike. The store manager Mike is extremely friendly, patient and professional. He went over everything explained us how equipment work. He went out of his way to get a good deal and quick delivery and install. I loved the delivery guys also. They were pleasant, nice and easy to work with. I would definitely again do business with this store and will recommend to my friends and family in a heart beat.
We were in the market to purchase a new treadmill so we went to the At Home Fitness store at 2810 S Market in Gilbert. There were a lot to choose from, and we had specific things we wanted in the treadmill. Justin Peck was at the store and he took the time to walk us through each model, describing each in detail. There was no hard-sale or pressure, Justin asked us what were looking for and helped us find the right one.Brandon, Joe & Joni were at our home this afternoon to deliver and set-up the treadmill. They were on-time, put the treadmill together quickly and took the time to start it up and ensure it was working.To Bryan & Greg, you have a great team and I would recommend At Home Fitness to anyone for their home fitness needs. After researching treadmills online, we stopped into the Gilbert store. The general manager, Mike, was very knowledgeable and did not pressure us into making a quick decision. We were able to look, go home and discuss and then decided to come back and make the purchase. The delivery people, Joni and Brandon, were also very quick and knowledgeable and were able to deliver and set up our F3 treadmill in under 30 minutes. This has been a very pleasurable experience.
We recently bought a new house and we're working on building out a gym room, At Home Fitness Gilbert made the process of picking out a treadmill incredibly easy and stress free. We were able to get a great deal on their floor model treadmill, the salesman, Justin Peck was very informative and did not pressure us in any way! We went home and did research for about 2 weeks before calling back to purchase it. Delivery was scheduled quickly and with great communication. Brandon, Jani, and Joe were polite, and worked quickly to get the treadmill set up exactly where we wanted it. They made sure it was working perfectly and left everything clean and wiped down before they left. I will be sure to recommend At Home Fitness to anyone that needs gym equipment!
