The VR400, sharing many of the same features as the VR500, is a more simple option with manual resistance controls. Just set your resistance and go! You can also choose your own experience by adding our CONNECT22 Tablet to use apps like Netflix and YouTube, where you will find virtual rowing and coaching videos.
