“You can also add the pulleys, which give you six different pull points and are really easy to adjust.”

Users can safely rack the Smith bar and their own free weight bar simultaneously.
The pulleys give users all the versatility of a functional trainer. There are pulleys for wide, low narrow and high narrow exercises.
