03 Jun Get what you pay for with fitness equipment
Recently when I was out of town I worked out with a friend in his home gym.
While it’s always good to get some exercise in, the experience was also a good reminder that you get what you pay for when it comes to fitness equipment.
A shaky, department store model weight machine was accompanied by a low-end treadmill. The workout was shaky too on the low-grade equipment.
When it comes to treadmills, high-end Landice brand or more moderately priced AFG fitness models will pay off in the long run by offering prolonged value.
The same goes for beter weight machines.
Over the long run you’ll pay for the investement in terms of a product that will last for many years. The cost of a fitness club membership is more expensive over the long haul than buying a good piece of fitness equipment for your home.
You get what you pay for and fitness equipment is an investment well worth it.
